A one-year-old is dead after being left in a hot car for hours while his mother underwent a cosmetic procedure, police said.

Neglect, she knew apparently it wasn’t a good idea, yet she still did it. Even just locking her kids in the car for 2.5 hours unattended should be considered neglect, no matter the temperature.
