Osm has no capacity to handle the influx of problems with reviews. It’s open source, it doesn’t stop anyone from building their own commercial review service on top of OSM. They will be responsible for dealing with the mess that will inevitably arrive and keep it away from OSM itself.
OSM does maps, and does it well, and allows others to build on top of it. That’s all it needs to do.
