A state spokesperson says a man brought a handgun into the Wisconsin Capitol and demanded to see Gov. Tony Evers and returned at night with an assault rifle.
This part: "I read the tldr and thought the guy with the gun was a democrat." It's fine if you want to keep it that way, I'm just calling it out as fiction.
I think I wrote it wrong or you're misunderstanding. In the article, they said that "…the demcrat Evers…" and I thought they were talking about the gunman. I was surprised they didn't shoot him and they didn't release his name. I don't know who the governor is and confused the two. So, not fiction.
What exactly am I making up?

How can you call out someone misunderstanding something as fiction? Especially when the person explicitly says "wow I misunderstood this"?
Because Republicans are fucking stupid.
That was my thought as well, but based on a quick peek at history, I don't think they are a Republican.
