    They selected the most bold, smart, aggressive bears, put them together to form a society, and trained them to open ever more complex locks.

    Luckily, the park is locked.

    That is totally wild. Very good way to solve two problems at once

    1. Avoid euthanizing problem bears.
    2. Test containers against bears that are already proven more adept than their wilder peers

    I believe it. How else do people die out there from buffalo. We have selective bred out a lot of our survival instinct.

      Considering people are now flocking into Death Valley to experience record-breaking temperatures, I’d say there’s a chance bears are a fair amount cleverer than the left-side-of-the-bell-curve humans.
