Schroeder continues to look confused as Charlie Brown waves his hand up and down. The latter cajoles,“Wave your hand like this, see? Then say, 'Bye-Bye.”

He walks off angrily exclaiming, “I give up! You can’t teach this new generation anything!!”

He stops and looks at the reader as Schroeder waves his hand up and down and says,“Bye-Bye”
