According to Schulz Museum, the music in the comic strip below is an excerpt from Beethoven, Opus 13/II, Adagio cantabile from Sonata #8 (“Pathetique”).). This is also the 1st anniversary of Peanuts.

    Obviously the keys are too wide for his small hands. In his miniature piano, he can probably span an octave or maybe even a tenth. On a full size piano, he might only be able to span a sixth, which would be severely limiting.
