minus-squaredick_finemanBannedlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·7 months agoYeah I work for a charity/“social enterprise”. We all get paid shit. But we get 40 PTO days each year, plus an additional day for each year worked, annual raises that track inflation, and my bosses are awesome at leat 3 levels up.
