I haven’t commented on any of the content of this story until now.
Pay very close attention the the ‘agent’ wearing the grey coat, with his back to the camera before he turns around and walks towards it holding a gun.
He goes in hands empty, retrieves the gun from the suspects waistband, at the small of his back, and leaves before the first shot is fired.
Every shot was fired, by federal agents, at an unarmed individual. Plain murder.

It would be foolish to fight before our most powerful non-violent tools are even tried. Businesses are already shaken up by the 1 day general strike in Minneapolis, we just need to sustain a longer one, look how effective it was in Chile against a violent government.
Do not be quick to rush into other means, especially when the enemy is already losing the optics war this badly, and thus losing popular support. Ideally you’d let them lose enough public support and generate enough public anger that you may even have blue state’s national guard joining the resistance if things do become violent, which would be a great boon.
Remember, these tactics were far more effective in Nazi Germany because Hitler and the Nazi party were loved by the majority, to the point that Germans in positions capable of initiating a resistance chose not to, due to the reality that the party was so loved, the populace themselves would reject and destroy any resistance effort. That is not the case in the US.
