This is what veracrypt containers are for. Family finds a huge file named Porn.Encrypted, knows what it is in general terms, and can’t get in.
There are also various systems you can set up to automatically wipe stuff if you don’t enter a password every set number of days, but I think the encrypted container is easier and less prone to loss due to laziness.

You’re not truly living until you no longer care who finds your porn stash after you die. You won’t be around to care and they can choose to delete/throw out if they don’t want to look.
