    Man, that was a fun album, one of the first CDs I ever bought. “Two Princes,” “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong,” “Pocketfull of Kryptonite.” Fun times. They were the jam band that also managed to sell a lot of records—6x platinum.

    But they were as uncomfortable with mainstream success and fame as Kurt Cobain had been. If you haven’t seen Todd in the Shadows’ bit on Spin Doctors’ intentionally disastrous follow-up album, it’s worth a watch.
