I just googled what you’ve mentioned and there was said it’s mix of spices and MSG wasn’t mentioned in it, so i have idea, what would be, if we mix sazon goya and MSG, it probably would be anime like foodgasm. Edit: p.s thank you for telling me new spice to use, now i want to experiment more in food) Edit2: I’ve read more about sazon and there is MSG in it actually so i take those words about mix back, but still, good to know something new i can use in my cooking, thank you

Yeah, it contains msg. It’s just worded in a way that people don’t realize that’s what it is. But the msg was always there, and that’s why Grandma’s home coming was hard to beat.

The other famous seasoning in Mexican home kitchens is that Knorr chicken bullion stuff. I add a bit to everything that needs broth to look’give it an extra msg kick.

Oh yeah, i’ve used knorr bullion powder cubes too when i was teenager and younger than that, i completely forgot they existed, nostalgy hit me big with this one, as a kid i just put one cube in the mouth and dissolved it with saliva, it was super tasty, need to go buy some next time, thank you for nostalgy memories. Edit: I’ve used them with insta noodles btw

I just searched and found that knorr also sells vegetable and herb mix like sazon goya, they sell broths and sazon in powder 2kg buckets

Ah yeah. I just like it because you get a bit more per dollar and it dissolves quickly

Yes, it’s great. I use it almost everywhere. In eg tomato based recipes not so much, because it is occurring naturally in them so I don’t have to supplement it.

Asian food is the best bang for buck when eating out. Even fastfood can’t compare anymore. Why spend almost $10 for a burger, fries, and drink when you can get a plate of 1 protein and 2 sides for the same amount?

I do tend to eat Asian food when I’m eating out, but that’s mainly because that encompasses a vast range of food, especially if you’re counting all of Asia and not just East Asian (which admittedly makes up a lot of the food I eat when I go out).
