According to my native Hungarian speaker gf, this does not sound like a real word, it sounds like it’s made up specifically to be long.
That’s because if it was some niche technical word from some theological academic paper, it wouldn’t be in the colloquial second person, it’d be in the polite/official second person or third person.
If it isn’t a niche technical word, then due to Hungarian’s suffixoidal nature, somebody just kept on adding semi-random suffixes to grow the word just to see what happens.
And yes, a normal Hungarian can understand it. so not like pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. (i typed that from memory),
