  • So I’m lying for fancy Internet points? How fucking dumb are you?

I speak my experience. Take it or don’t. I don’t care if you want to hear it or not. Union reps are just employees with different departments. They do not represent the workers. They represent the companies and only posture with egregious abuses of powers.

They hold zero weight in leverage. Simply because they cannot effect change. They no longer can intimidate or change management’s goals. It’s an archaic use of power. Management can find reasons and hire someone cheaper.

I absolutely don’t think it’s right. But it’s what the unions are in any capacity that I have experienced.

  • It is not just corruption. It’s laziness. Every union I have worked with (2 I worked in, 1 I managed union workers) has been in favor of the lowest common denominator. They spend time squabbling about the worker that barely get by doing the bare minimum but knows the rules. Meanwhile the really hard workers get fired for one time mistakes and the really good workers don’t make as much as they should because of the guys that are barely skating by.

Unions don’t do what they used to. They used to make management know that they needed to cooperate. Now it is not how they work together.

  • One of my best friends is poly and going on a 10 year marriage. I consider myself poly but haven’t made it work. I think it really comes down to who you date and now comfortable they are with not being monogamous.

I think some people get it right away and then it doesn’t become a relationship or they don’t and if doesn’t become a relationship. But I have met many people that fit the stereotype that “poly” doesn’t work. There were always other problems that made it not work. Like drugs or criminal cases.

  • It depends. I think sometimes the joke goes over everyone’s head and then they catch up. Like a horribly rated comedy but the joke was that it was horrible and they leaned into it. But I don’t look at the ratings other than me looking and going “well I didn’t expect that” and moving on.

I really can’t remember a rating I remember. I know word of mouth. Like most of my coworkers didn’t care for Sinners but I thought it was decent. Same with One Battle After Another. I thought it was excellent. But it seems that most of the Internet thinks it’s crap.

  • I have full sleeves and a chest piece. I get them for myself and my own story. They mean something to me. I don’t care what you think about them.

Having said that you used the community correctly. But I not agree with you. Tattoos can be stupid and pointless to the user as well. They can just be there and it’s impulsive and they want to tell a story.
