I’m in the same boat as you, long legs short torso. Hyundai / Kia has always worked out for me, but Toyota and Honda always got me bringing my seat all the way back, and in the case of that one 2006 Corolla I drove in driver’s ed, had to take off my shoes and drive it with both knees on either side of the steering wheel like a clown car.

I’m just being funny, I agree, it’s always a bit cringe when people correct others on their spelling while spelling their reply incorrectly 😅
