I vaguely remember a movie or show that was compiling something with cmake which has some pretty clean output.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What's the dumbest/silliest reason you got in trouble for in school?English
6·3 days agoNot me, but I witnessed it. ~7th grade 2 boys were playing a game between the rows of desks where they interlock the fingers of one of each of their hands. Then, they smack the back of their interlocked hands with their free hand until one of them quits and let’s go. The teacher was walking up and down the rows… apparently okay with this. I’m not sure of the exact sequence of events, but somehow, the planets aligned. One of them quit while the other was mid swing and he slapped the teacher’s ass. Hard. Hard enough that it made a loud clap. The look on that kid’s face… blushing red and turning pale at the same time.

I’m sure conservatives could get involved in some subjects… I have yet to meet a conservative with a rudimentary understanding of statistics. Shit, I think that’s a requirement for being conservative.

12·4 months agoI think they completely fucked up by going after the rioters. In my opinion, every one of them has an ironclad defense. Imagine for a second that, instead of living in a fox News fantasy world where up is down and the sky is orange, they just lived under a rock for 4 years and lean right:
The president they voted for told them the election was stolen. They’re just pions. He has access to intel that they do not. Who are they to question his claim? He’s the fuckin president! The left must be stealing the election!
In the fantasy where that is true, storming the capitol kind of is the correct move. They cut off the wrong end of the snake.

Being a professional shill/propagandist for these people should be one of the most dangerous jobs in the world, and I’m surprised that’s not the case. So, smart move on Ben. He should hang up the towel, and find a real job.
He likes that it takes 10x longer to read everything he writes.

Anyone who says “reach across the isle” in the primary is an automatic no. These people are not interested in governing. They are openly hostile.
^ Maybe we should prevent this sort of thing, no?
