C’est en effet ce que j’ai eu puisque j’ai eu un entretien dans l’entreprise avec le même discours : “c’est génial tout va bien on vous rappelle”, puis “on a trouvé quelqu’un de plus approprié dans le domaine” (domaine que je maîtrise donc je doute qu’ils cherchent vraiment, ou alors ils n’ont rien écouté pendant l’entretien).

J’aime les offres d’emploi de développeur en ce moment. J’en ai trouvé une qui résume bien la situation :
Ils cherchent un développeur depuis 6 mois (boulot classique pas trop complexe, grosse entreprise mais petite équipe un peu dans l’urgence). Plus de 100 personnes ont déjà postulé. Ils viennent de republier l’annonce sans doute parce qu’ils n’ont trouvé personne (en 6 mois avec 100 candidats ?). Et ils ajoutent le petit détail qui fait la différence : “Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI dès que possible”.
