    He was a human rights worker.

    He was literally there nonviolently observing and trying to prevent a war crime from taking place.

      He was literally there as a protestor which he could have done from home and not been shot. Neither they nor you are helping the cause. I am sympathetic to the cause and this this stupid American is just a distraction from it.
