Engage and give them enough rope to hang themselves. However, that being said, accusing people of being bots or paid state actors violates the civility rules and will also be removed. If you think someone is disingenuous, report them. That gets them on the radar of both the mods and the admins.

I’ve seen pro Russian trolls and pro China trolls, and yeah, generally that’s what I do. Engage and give them enough rope to hang themselves.
