Matej Radelic is given a spent conviction and a fine after being convicted of two counts of aggravated common assault, after cable-tying the hands of three children in Broome.

The incident gained national attention after a video showing two children cable-tied on Radelic’s property was live streamed on social media.

    He was not given a fine, it was suspended for 12 months. He has essentially escaped consequence, which is just so disappointingly unsurprising for Western Australia.

        A girl (American) I gamed with who married an Aussie, described Australia as a lot like America but more racist. Granted, that was 10yrs ago. So, maybe?
