Federal prosecutors have accused software company RealPage of enriching itself “at the expense of renters who pay inflated prices”
They have been using computers, yes. Let’s not make it about AI. Because it isn’t. They all tap into a price fixing system which nudges prices up based on the time of year. It goes up and down, but always a little higher each time to confuse you.
It’s price fixing. Plain and simple.
What we need are some property companies who have the decency to drop prices and force everything down.
