I think lemmy.world allows to overtake communities if they are abandoned(don’t know how). However it’s better to just make a new one. I recommend ani.social since they are anime centered you might get more interactions or proper federation goes a long way.

There is a community for everything, maybe it just wasn’t federated until now.
