It’s a different type of dystopia. “Classic cyberpunk” had megacorps openly disregarding rules and non-customers. Our world’s “corpopunk” (if there was such a name) has companies pretending they love and care about their customers as long as they can profit from it. I prefer neither. I just want my crap after payment and stop seeing them in my life altogether.
