Sharks are not tasty, so they don’t matter much.
that’s what I thought about calamari but it just turns out most places just suck at cooking it and always overcook the piss out of them.
Shark is pretty tasty. A bit on the salty side, but tasty.
That really depends on the species.
I think that goes for most sea-creatures.
