    Yeah that stuff is not great and it does sound like they are making changes so people understand that they have HR that is not Linus or Yvonne. We will probably never know the actual outcome but I imagine the person responsible will get cut once it’s all over.

    I feel bad for her mostly because so much of it came out of feeling a disparate power structure. And like Madison had no one she could go to or talk to who was on her side.

    But it happens in every company I have seen it at mine and worst it was directed at my HR rep and she did not report or do anything about it.

    I don’t necessarily hold Linus directly responsible which is why my reactions probably a little bit more moderate.
