Actualy there’s very few places in the US where you have to travel further than 10 miles to get groceries. Get a bike. Its easy

So I should ride a bike on car only infrastructure to carry enough groceries to last me til I can get enough time off work to do a 2 hr round trip bike ride with a high probability of death riding on a highway? I don’t like cars either but it’s not feasible in most non urban US places. And what about people who physically can’t ride bikes? My parents are disabled, they should just starve to death or pay extortionate delivery prices, which would still add a car to the road. Until there are comprehensive public transit systems, many people can’t exist without a mode of transport like a car.
