Over 50 protesters with “UAW on strike” signs are protesting in the middle of Dickson Plaza. They chanted, “LA is a union town” and “Whose university? Our university.”

Shortly before 12:10 p.m., picketers carrying “UAW ON STRIKE” signs walked down Bruin Walk to Bruin Plaza chanting, “Stand up, fight back.”

Around 1 p.m., picketers left Bruin Plaza, walking up Bruin Walk and through Kerckhoff patio and Portola Plaza before arriving at Dickson Plaza, where two tents were set up.
