That is not say there is no chance of long term harm (and I share the sense that some downside will eventually come to light), but it’s not a huge chance.

Now she’s somewhat unrecognisable, which I see a much bigger obstical for her career. But she is 76 by now, chances are she had some kind of health issues that made her lose weight.
