How is being vegan ethical when all the food is shipped at environmental cost? This is exactly why I said you need to lobby your politicians.
What I do is ride a bike instead of drive. I walk where I can. I dont use the heat during winter until its 5C or less out. I dont buy much meat, I buy even less fish (maybe a pack of fishcakes or battered fish once every 4-5 months; and some chicken once a month). I dont buy bottled drinks, I use reusable containers for food and drinks…
