They decided you had to shoot a navy seal at least 13 times to kill them. Maybe six pack abs can stop a bullet?
that works out, because each pack of the tactical abs absorbs 2 bullets. once the abs have been compromised to a permanent end, the final shot (#13) penetrates their gut, leaking energy drink and dip juice into their blood stream, effectively frying their pea brains in stims.
