“Issue” implies that there is something wrong with it it’s simple a different release model, Fedora just got the newer packages, for example Gnome 43 on Debian vs Gnome 47 on Fedora (obviously I’m talking about the stable releases).
If you prefer the Debian way of doing things that’s great but I don’t.
