Fine give up all that tax revenue, other states have been rolling in the funds. And because court and jail fees makes so much more money 🙄
Can we kick out Texas from the US now?
Give it back to Mexico. It’s easy to remove one star from the flag.

You can do whatever you want with them. I’m sure the people of Austin wouldn’t mind lending a hand
Keep the star, add Puerto Rico, or if they decline, Washington DC
Add DC, Puerto Rico and Guam.
These products are only taxed the 6.25 percent Texan sales tax. They aren’t losing out on much
Michigan made almost $300 million last year just on weed, and this year is looking even higher. Texas has a population 3x that of MI. If they legalize it fully and tax like alcohol and tobacco they would be missing out on a lot more. But whatever, we should give Texas to Mexico.
No.
Almost every legal state adds an additional tax for cannabis products. For example, Michigan charges an additional 10% on top of the regular sales tax that applies
But that’s not what we are talking about. We are talking about Delta 8 and other cannibinoid products that were legalized by Republicans with the farm bill. These products became legally available, overnight nationally when that passed.
