    I was asking more when was the last time they did this to see the frequency of these manhunts. Lots of people get murdered every year but last manhunt was roughly 10 years ago. I didn’t complain about your answer I was just saying how much it speaks to the police’s lack of effort in protecting normal citizens.

      I have no direct experience on how police are allocated. I would say that it is done by the context of the circumstances. In this case:

      1 yes, in that there was a documented assassination on the street in a main area of the city of a corporate CEO visitor must be a determining factor.

      2 in that local and national news is carrying this story every day, thus putting a spotlight on your efforts is another

      3 in that the first female police commissioner of NYC, a position Teddy Roosevelt once held, is days into the job is probably another

      But, I have no idea what kind of resources are being used and neither do you.
