I have a second question. You mentioned you two are fine answering questions that are … Let’s say aren’t safe for work, right?

I’ve got a question I absolutely would not ask at work. It might get me in trouble if I did. HR would want to speak to me, I guarantee that lol.

    So…

Recently we had a change in upper management at work. My last boss was very optimistic and supportive. Talking to him always took away my stress. However he never helped solve the actual problem. He just made me feel more confident in myself then he would leave me to solve the problem myself wether I was able to or not.

The new boss is mean. Mean mean. He talks down to everyone and made a few employees cry. He’s nearly made me cry a few times. However he’s quick to solve the problem. He’s solved all the problems actually, effortlessly, quickly. He got his hands dirty and saved my ass in every single way id been asking for before. He was mean the entire time. Even called me stupid to my face.

My question is: who was a better boss?

Like I said I don’t want to talk to HR about this and talking at work might get me in trouble. So I’m asking you two?

Should I be happy for the help? Should I miss my last boss? How should I feel about this transition?

    With regards to color:

If a red object is reflecting only red light and absorbing the rest of the spectrum then our eyes process process that reflection of light

Are we seeing what color the object is or seeing the only color it isn’t?
