    Authorities warn OF rent gouging. Not authorities warn landlords AGAINST price gouging.

    This is truely late stage capitolism. Where the prices are made up and your lives don’t matter.

      I did see somewhere else that authorities asked citizens in this situation to report it, but I don’t remember where and doubt that it would be easy to do so (and/or prove).
