Pretty sure it references “The good die young, but assholes live forever”
Often used when some (asshole) does something potentially dangerous or exploitative and survives/walks away unscathed or with little consequences but other (innocent/good) people die as a result of their actions.
Examples: car crash with drunk driver that kills other people but not the driver,extreme price hikes on life saving medicine by a CEO, (or in this image) child abusers that are allowed to continue to exist in society.
I struggle to come up with a first word that would salvage this.

i looked it up, it’s a variation of kill/shoot/maim, i’d say “kill” from the visible parts of letters under the hood
