Absolutely loved playing the OG Crystal Chronicles with three friends and was very, very excited when a remake got announced. I mean, it’s so easy now that everyone is playing on their own Switch, right? Imagine fucking up the concept and spirit of the game so hard with the remake.
These guys fucking get it. Buiilding the hypercube is absolutely Chad behaviour.
And what still blows my mind is that the game supports cross save, but shared campaign progression is where we draw the line?
God forbid a game about sharing an adventure with your friends in a traveling caravan actually allows you to share an adventure and be a part of the caravan.
They did it using only the power of four friends combined.
The rarest of powers. It is said that it is something only achievable by the youngs that were not yet corrupted by the world. And still it is a challenge to wield this power more than once or twice as an adult.
It must be pure. I was hoping someone would respond with a human-centipede joke.
I wonder how accurate would it be to do this setup using Dolphin and four instances of mGBA instead of original hardware.
Reminds me of the TRG playthrough of Four Swords Adventures
this highlights the tragedy of the Crystal Chronicles remaster; they should have simply been able to boot that up and play the game together, but alas

The coolest thing I’ve seen all year, if only someone makes a digital/emulated version of this I’d be set for life. FFCC is an absolute stellar game that really needs a proper remake and more love
This is super cool
had potential to be an amazing game if they didn't screw up co-op
I cannot help but feel like it would have been easier to hack the remaster to fix the glaring mistake SE made.
