@nostupidquestions Is it true I can “join” a Lemmy group by following it from Mastodon?

So, I followed “@nostupidquestions” in Mastodon and indeed I see your groups posts in my Mastodon feed

But what about posting to your group? This post is an attempt to do so by mentioning the group at the begining of the post

Did it work?

Am I doing this right?
