    I’ll just say to you that “effective moderation” and “not subject to censorship” can be a fine balancing act, you can’t have both in a way that always pleases everyone. But perhaps you mean subject to external censorship.

      Yes, I should have made that clearer.

      • By moderation, I mean by instance moderators/admins according to their own (hopefully decent) values
      • By censorship, I mean by government (or mods worried about government reprisal)
