Super Saiyan God literally looks like base form Goku but with red hair and Super Saiyan Blue looks like SSJ Goku but with blue hair
I’ve never bothered to see anything past the original manga but I’ve always loved the design of SSJ4 because it ties everything back to the original Journey to the West Monkey King inspiration.
In the new stuff they just give Goku red, blue and grey hair

Because Blue wasn’t in anyone’s mind when Toriyama made up Super Saiyan God for the Battle of Gods movie. It was just an asspull for the RoF movie.
