Hi! Hope y'all started well into the year 2026, because now it's time to start deciding on our favorite melodic death metal albums of the year 2025! Here's how this is going to work: 1.) Everyone chooses up to 10 albums in order using an Artist - Album format. You do not have to fill out all of them, so if you only liked a few albums this year then you can only mark down a few. 2.) There will be 2 ways to vote that are equivalent. 3.) We will use ranked choice system to determine the rankings of all the albums submitted. Your placement of the albums on your list matters. 4.) Voting closes at the end of January. Feel free to crosspost this or share with other people on this platform.

How to vote: To vote simply fill out this google form with up to 10 of your fav releases last year, and then leave a comment in this thread. (The latter is just for verification purposes.) That’s it :)

The vote will be up until the end of January. And then we will prepare the results and post them here asap.
