So I jailbroke an iPod Touch 4G I bought off of eBay, and it works except for wear and tear and the battery saying it’s dead but then restarting and turning back on despite it being “dead”. So battery issues but nonetheless functions.

Anyway, I’ve tried MomentumDev’s site, iPhone OS Obscura’s site, and even Veteris itself, but it just shows the app icon “waiting” and not installing. How do I fix this? It also says Veteris is down and “cannot connect to server”.
