there is a basic client for the command line: https://github.com/ArcaneChat/arcanechat-tui/ but just using Delta Chat in other platforms is better, ArcaneChat is a chatmail client and it is compatible/interoperable with any chatmail client: https://chatmail.at/clients
Arcane is only on Android, but Delta Chat is available on linux and is compatible.
