The orc is off the clock, so I don’t know why the innkeeper would care. The golem presumably doesn’t have any genitalia, but it does have a mouth hole!
Sorry but that “soulless” goblin is smiling contentedly in the last panel, I find it hard to believe that anything without a soul can feel happy.

The golem refers to the non living creature on the left, not the green orc character. It looks like a soulless stare to me
