No, but I’m not sure it changes my view either. I’d have to look up this guy in particular to see what his other viewpoints are. I was giving a general stance shot Republicans. Republicans have a lot going against them. While I don’t support genocide, I’m not sure being against Israel is enough to outweigh the damage caused by their other actions.
Genocide is the highest level of war crimes. Nothing worst than it. Plus he would be replaced by a worse republican.
This may sound odd, but I’m not sure I agree with that either. I just think of the human experiments, events like the rape of Nanking, torture, starvation, and probably other atrocities I’ve never even heard about. I’d prefer to be quickly killed than have most of those things happen. But these aren’t mutually exclusive from genocide either. Weird to even think about what’s the worst war crime.
And my hope for ousting a republican isn’t to replace them with another, but you’re probably right about that.
