It’s a “sequel” to Repo Man in that Otto comes back from space, except his name is Waldo now and his personality is totally the opposite of what it was in the movie, which is not explained adequately. Really, seeing the Hi-Keeba was the only highlight of the comic.

That said, most of the art was better than this. It was meant to look like that in those panels.
