Exponentiation isn’t how you get really large numbers. You want to use tetration or Tree(Tree)) or some other stupid large notation like Graham’s number.

If you want to make the largest infinity i think you have to move into set theory where the Aleph numbers are used to show large sets including sets of infinites.
