The US Army’s Apache helicopter is once again facing public scrutiny after a crash Monday night at a military base in Washington state.

Perhaps? But also helicopters are notoriously unreliable and difficult to pilot, particularly the high manueverability combat models.

The Navy Seals that came after OBL famously crashed two helicopters on the way in.
