    Hopefully nothing happens but with how much russia has threatened to use nukes i wouldn’t be shocked if something did.

    If you read some of the Ukrainian telegram channels, Russians have already given iodine solution to those in the Russian occupied parts of Ukraine last weekend. The issue is, the solution they were handing out to everyone was already 30 years expired.

      To be fair, I don’t think potassium iodide solution really expires. It’s a salt… what’s it gonna do, evaporate? Unless it’s stored in some plastic that reacts with the iodide and consumes the ion (highly doubt it) it’ll be just as good as when it was made during the last Cold War.
