When/if Worf needs a backup backup organ. I mean, we didn’t get any follow-up by Picard season 3 when he claimed to have achieved “inner peace,” which may otherwise be referring to that spare liver/kidney/what-have-you.
I see… Some people’s “inner peace” is other people’s “inner piece” 🫀/🫘/🫁/👅 :-P.
