I can’t increase my DB row weight any longer because I just ran out of dumbbells. So that’s bad, and good!

Had to deload my Lat Pulldown weight because I was regressing somewhat and didn’t reach the rep goals. Also thought I had to deload my bench press but it actually looks like just keeping the TM constant for another cycle might do the trick.

I just checked my logs and there was more progress than I remembered over the last few months.

You can use resistance bands or chains to add even more weight to your dumbbells!

Recently, I was able to experience how much more difficult it is to train when you work a manual labor job.

Before my current job, I had sit-down call center jobs for the past 7+ years since before I made exercising a lifestyle. There is a major difference in my endurance, strength, and muscle tone. I’ve decided to keep looking for a different job.

On one hand, I would love to have a job where I’m more active. But on the other hand, I don’t want a manual labor job that’s going to break my body or impact my training. It would be nice to have the best of both worlds.

I recently tried Andy Galpin’s “Sugarcane” interval workout as was described on Huberman’s podcast…

    https://fastlifehacks.com/sugarcane-protocol/

I did it on a rower, the first 2 minutes I did 630 meters, then the second interval was 2:20, then I did manage to beat the second interval distance in the third interval but just barely.

It was more fun than regular interval training.
